What if there is a shortage?

Every now and again a customer may experience a product shortage.
We apologise if this happens but when handling high volumes of orders this occasionally happens.

Our IT department always review orders once processed to ensure they are complete.
By doing so we are usually aware of shortages quickly & then will forward the remainder of the order by express courier for delivery the following day.

Should this not happen please email support@dudleysonline.co.uk & we will resolve the shortage as quickly as we can.
