How do I get my Pick a box item?

When you complete your order, as a small thank you we invite to to play our 'pick a box' game. Just select a box and the prize will appear.

What if a stationery item I want is out of stock?

If you require a product and we don’t currently have it in stock, simply email support@dudleysonline.co.uk and we will find it for you. Via our network of global office product suppliers we have access to a huge range of specialist stationery items from unusual printing supplies to writing and catering.

Please bear in mind delivery may take a little longer on specialist items though there is no extra charge for this.

How do I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed you can email support@dudleysonline.co.uk and we can do our best resolve any concerns or to cancel the order as you wish. If the goods have already been dispatched you can simply follow our easy returns policy and receive a credit with Dudleys Online.

I can’t find the office supplies I am looking for!

Dudleys Online stock a very wide range of office supplies, furniture and stationery. How do I register?

Once you have filled your basket click ‘Log In’ or Check Out’. This appears both on the homepage and as you fill your basket. You will then be presented with the option to sign-up and pay by Credit Card or by Credit Account. We offer an additional 5% discount for Credit Card customers but also offer 30 days interest free credit on for account customers on all office supplies.

How do I find out about Dudleys stationery and promotional offers?

At Dudleys Online we do great promotions and offers all the time. They often go very quickly. To ensure you do not miss out you can either sign up for our instant SMS service or our Promotional Newsletter which contains our best deals. By  the way don’t worry, we do not pass on email addresses or phone numbers to any third party, nor will we bombard you with correspondence.

Should I pay by credit card or credit account?

At Dudleys Online we are happy to offer both options as standard so it is up to you. Our credit account gives you 30 days (interest free) in which to settle your balance. You will need to apply to gain a credit account and you will not be able to place an on-credit order until this is complete. Credit applications can take up to 48hrs to approve. Can I get environmentally friendly office supplies from Dudleys Online?

Yes absolutely. We care about the environment and sell eco-friendly envelopes paper A4 A5 A2  janitorial goods and recycled toner cartridges. Our range of green office products is extensive and we continue adding to it all the time. We also sell fair trade tea, coffee, chocolate and many other fair trade products.
