Office Supplies Delivery Policy - from our head office in Kent

Dudleys Online will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, in first class condition.

We offer next day delivery (when the order is placed before 3pm) at a price of £4.95 regardless of order size.This is, however, offset by a standard 5% discount for all credit card orders.

Vouchers and free gifts will usually be delivered with the order but can take up to 48 hours (depending on availability). You will receive an automated email confirming your order. Our head office is in Dartford, Kent and we are able to deliver across the UK.
 

*Please note that furniture and some specialist items can take a little longer. Next day delivery applies Monday to Friday.

Returning stationery and office supplies

We are happy to accept products for return if they are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

You can even return goods online via your personal Dudleys Online account section.

Goods are returned to our head office in Dartford, Kent.

Goods can't be accepted for return without prior agreement.

Goods can't be accepted for return after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Any goods returned must be in original unmarked condition and packaging. Packaging that has been defaced, written on, damaged or marked in any way cannot be accepted for return. No credits can be issued unless these conditions are met. Items ordered specially on your behalf which do not appear in our on line catalogue cannot be returned under any circumstances.
